Beverly has been very patient, kind and honest through our fairly difficult situation. She has to date been by far the most responsive and yet lowest pressure agent I have worked with in the Yakima Valley. Most of Beverlys clients are not avid computer/internet users so few of them will be able to leave a good word for her on Zillow. I for one would recommend Beverly any day!

Beverly represented both sides on my residential purchase. At first she seemed very high energy and good to work with. As the purchase process progressed it became more and more evident Beverly was putting extreme pressure on closing to the point she was grossly intervening into my other real estate transactions I was involed with. After confronting her on the issue she refused to recognize her overstep. If dealing with her procede with caution.
