Associated, Realtors was established in 1961 at 415 North First Street in Yakima, Washington in a brand new building which was built and designed exclusively as a real estate office. It provided a full service real estate company with nine sales associates and have in the ensuing years expanded into a facility capable of supporting 48 full time Realtor specialists.

In 1985 Associated, Realtors affiliated with Coldwell Banker and is now known as COLDWELL BANKER ASSOCIATED, REALTORS(or CBAR for short). It ranks in the top 4% of over 2700 Coldwell Banker offices in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico and has been awarded the prestigious Chairman Circle Designation and The Presidents Award of Honor.

In Central Washington the company ranks as the NUMBER ONE office in sales volume. The company currently has over 40 full time Realtors on staff selling over 61% of it's own listings.
